None escape ridicule

MUNICH [LNC] – A ROBUST POLICE DECISION TO MAKE UP FOR A SIMPLE FAILURE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE? A REAL CENTRAFRICAN RED TAPE.

On last September 14, by Order No. 027, the Home Minister Henri Wanzet-Linguissara decided to suspend until further notice all gambling activities, provided by Chinese companies such as TV GAME, FEIYOU, MEI-MEI, or BODEM, and already spread throughout Bangui; with plans of extension over the national territory.

A decision of censorship, usually punishing breaches of law. As stipulated by the Article 2 of the decree, about censorship and surveillance of cinematographic films, gambling and entertainments.

We are so far a long way from that, but face a lack of governmental efficiency. Sudden profusion of those gambling has simply revealed the weakness of the money stock of the Centrafrican economy.

Simply said, the stuff started to generate a physical lack of coins on the market.

So, these penalized Chinese companies cannot be held accountable. It is stem from the carelessness of the ministry of finance, in a terrible inability to anticipate situations.

In conclusion, this Wanzet-Linguissara’s decree, not only doesn’t make any sense, but is outside the law and has no legitimacy. Paving the way for a showdown between these injured companies and his department.

His decision is supposed to punish offenses. But what kind of offenses did these companies commit?

UPSIDE DOWN

The crazy part of this whole thing was that, Article 3 from the Arrêté orders that “All power is given to the aforesaid organ to commandeer law enforcement to support that decision.”

This has led to a situation in which people is penalized for deficiencies and incapacities of others…Meaning: shooting itself in the foot …Just the wrong way

And this is  the typical example, showing that the CFA FRANC, or Colonial franc, or again monkey business, is a real tool to prevent the economic development of countries where it is currently in use. The mechanism of the CFA F systematically kills growth of those countries.

GROWTH REQUIRES AN INCREASE OF THE MONEY STOCK, BUT TO DO SO, GREEN LIGHT OF THE FRENCH TRESOR IS NEEDED. IS COLONIZATION REALLY OVER?
