BANGUI (LNC) – City hall of the capital complains against the Grand Court for not having sent it back, birth registers numbered and signed, as already being duly paid.
The City Hall of Bangui is involved in litigation against the Grand Court, for an issue about birth registers, needing its sealed validation. Ferdinand Songuélémat, the Head of Legal in the City Hall, said, while showing a discharge, that CFA F 300,000 for 60 registers were given to the Court for that, but nothing back to him till now. According to his sayings, expected documents would cover 1 to 2 months administrative needs for the new-born in the capital.
