BANGUI (LNC) – Hundreds of people marched in the Central African Republic’s capital of Bangui on Friday.
They were demanding that results from the first round of December’s presidential election be annulled.
A presidential run-off is scheduled for February to determine a new president.
CAR’s constitutional court cancelled the result of a legislative election this week, citing irregularities.
The election had been held at the same time as the presidential vote.
Now protesters claim the presidential vote is also tainted.
