BAMBARI (LNC) – “Notre-Dame of Victoire”, a camp for internally displaced people (IDP), ruled by the NGO “CARITAS”, submerged by a fresh wave of refugees fleeing current violence triggered by Seleka militia gunmen.
In recent times these rebels, for a week are still prowling around, perched on motorcycles, within a 100km radius; seeking for their adversaries, Anti-Balaka armed men, and not hesitating to brutally question inhabitants of surrounding villages.
Two village chiefs have been found deadly shot four days ago, suspected of colluding with the Anti-Balaka. Their bodies were dumped by the roadside leading to Ippy, at the level of village Bagaya.
